特徴:

1. このシリーズの旋盤ベッドは高強度鋳鉄材料で作られており、樹脂砂技術を採用し、2回の時効処理で応力を除去しています。

2. 工業用アルミニウム加工センターlF-Aは、長尺鋼、鋳鉄、アルミニウム、銅、PVC、工業用プロファイルなどのさまざまな部品の加工に適しており、ワークピースを一度クランプして、フライス加工、穴あけ加工、タッピング加工などの多工程加工を自動的に完了できます。

3. ドイツのシーメンスまたは日本のファナックなど、輸入された有名ブランドで操作が簡単なハイエンドCNC制御システムを採用しています。

4. 高品質の輸入サーボモーター、ボールねじ、リニアガイド、ベアリングなどのコンポーネントを採用し、装置の高い加工精度を保証します。高い安定性と信頼性があり、工作機械は複数の点で支持されているため、安定性がさらに高くなっています。送り動作は、加工精度の安定性を確保するために予張られています。

5. BT40 機械スピンドルを採用し、重切削時の剛性を向上させています。

6. 定量タイミング集中自動送り潤滑方式を採用し、工作機械の精度安定性を確保しています。

7. さらに、保護シールドと自動切りくず除去装置を装備し、作業者の安全と環境衛生を確保しています。
8. T 型鋳造作業台を採用しています。特注の特殊治具はオプションです。4 軸はオプションです。

9. 輸入された Renishaw 干渉計検出方式を採用し、機械の精度を補正しています。

10. スライドドアを装備し、上下の保護ドアはオプションです。
